Can I bill 47600 and 44602 together? I know 59 has to be added with 44602. Two separate incisions were not made.. Would I just bill 44602?

44602 is a column 2 code for 47600. It is only billable if the small intestine suture is justified by -59 for distinct procedure. A separate diagnosis is typically helpful as well.
NOTE: if the reason your doc needs to do the intestine suture is due to injury that occurred during the cholecystectomy, then it is not billable. You cannot charge to repair an injury you created. If the suture is due to other reasons, then it MAY be billable.
