:confused: Any advise on suture removal? If a patient comes in to have sutures removed following a visit to ER, what is the correct way to code this?

In the past we have used just 99211 but there is also a HCPCS code (S0630) that says "Removal of sutures by a physician other than the physician who originally closed the wound". Is this appropriate to use if the sutures were removed by a nurse? Also, would S0630 be OK to bill with nurse visit if appropriate?
