Wiki Swelling or Edema?

I really struggle with understanding the difference between diagnosis codes R22 and R60.0.
How do I know when to code swelling and when to code edema? Is it just the difference in verbiage based on the report? ( I am a coder for diagnostic radiology )

Also, are these codes billable together?
Any help would be most appreciated!!!
