Is anyone familiar with the SWHR with claims address going to Sidney, NE? I'm not sure if this is a brand new one since January or just new to Texas, but we are having trouble with the claims being processed not according to their benefits. I have called and emailed twice with no response. Our doctor is infectious disease so he does office visits and hospital visits. For his hospital claims, they are putting the allowable to the patient's copayment. Needless to say, the patients are getting very large bills from us. Any suggestions or anyone familiar with this insurance? Thank you in advance!
