Hello everyone
Our hospital is about to begin its swing bed program and I have no idea how to bill for this. I know the TOB will be a 18X but I do not understand the HIPPS codes that need to go on the claim or where they need to go. I know this isn't a coding question as it is more of a billing question but I can't find answers. I have searched CMS and Novitas Solutions but everything is so vague. Does someone have any suggestions or webinars or anything that may be helpful?
