Wiki swingbed status to acute inpatient status

The physicins saw a patient in swingbed status in the hospital they tranferred him to acute status in the same hospital. Can the physician bill discharge code 99315 from swing bed status and then admit to acute 99221. The phycisian had one face to face visit with the patient but does dictate a discharge summary from swingbed and an interval note for admitting back to acute care. Please advise.
