If a patient exibits symptoms during a nuclear stress test, say dyspnea due to the treadmill, or chest discomfort due to the stress agent, but the test is considered normal would you code those? Or would you only code the reason for the test? My indication says "evaluate cardiac function" and family hx of heart disease.
