The pt admitted with syncope and Final summary impression stated as 1) syncope 2/2 orthostatic hypotension which is due to Dehydration 2) AKI 2/2 Dehydration. Pt was rehydrated with IV Fluids and Physican stated Syncope is multifactorial. What will be the PDX .
Orthostatic hypotension had more relative DRG weigtage compare to AKI.
