Wiki Synovial cyst and disckectomy

We removed a synovial cyst, 63267 at L4-5 and did a decompression of the L3, L4 & L5 nerve roots.
According to NCCI edits, 63267 for L4-5 and 63047-59 for L3-4 should be allowed.
Any input would be appriciated.
