Hello.

I have two questions about HCPC J7325.
1. How do you bill for bilateral synvisc and how many total units do you bill for?
2. Is anyone having NDC issues with synvisc? If so, do you know what needs to be done in order to bill it correctly?
 
Its 1 line with the number of units for how much was in total injected. The Vial will have the correct info of mg per ml injected.
