Does anyone know where to find and updated systemic disease list? The one I have seems to be outdated because some of the dx's on there are no longer approved by Medicare.

You should be able to pull one off your Medicare website. If you pull up the currect LCD for Routine Foot Care (L26642) it will give you a list starting with around the 11th or 12th page.

I have a list I got from a Podiatry seminar I could fax to you if you'd like. Just email be at ebarnett@jcmg.org and I'll send you a copy.
