Does anyone know if the major insurance carriers are going to be utilizing the SZ modifier for Physical Therapy to identify Habilitative Services effective 01/01/2017? I have received word from BCBS via the Provider News & Updates that they will be and I found a newsletter from The ASHA Leader stating only plans under the ACA's insurance marketplace will require it to be used. Just wanted to put some feelers out. Thanks in advance!
