Does anyone know if DEXA T-scores for the radius are interpreted the same, or differently than the scores for hips or spine? I have seen this documentation more than once and I am confused. It looks like osteopenia to me, but the radiologist does not state that.

Left radius ultra distal/33%/total
BMD (g/cm2): 0.327/.615/0.466
Adult T-score: -1.4/-1.4/-1.7
Adult Z-score: 0.9/0.8/0.6

Bone density lies in the range expected for age in the left distal
radius, unchanged by comparison.
