Does anyone else have a problem fighting workers comp on case managers coming in with patients for appointment but are not in the room with the patient during the doctors time and then see the doctor after the appointment.
Trying to found the magical cpt code they will accept and pay for the additional time noted in the patient's note for speaking with case manager. Any help would be appreciated.
