Does anyone post for Medicaid/Kancare and fall under the T1040 rule? I need to know if we can bill for shots, labs, x-rays outside of billing the T1040 global code for the same day on a separate claim? I was under the impression that all charges for that date of service provided in the location #11 was included in the Per Diem for that code T1040. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
