A provider is looking to drop a code for a patient that has a intolerance to statin. What code do we use just to document that they have had a reaction to statins at some point? They want them to drop off the list of patients that need a statin, and previously was told to use that code. T46.6X5A was used on the encounter but this is not the encounter that addressed the adverse effect.
