I'm getting mixed information in regards to Parenteral Controlled Subsatnces, from my understanding whether it's IV,IM or Oral you can use a High Level of Risk because of the prescription such as Oxycotin,Hydrocodone, etc. Can anyone please help with this?

My boss explained this to me one time. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but she says parenteral controlled substances is medication that is controlled (ex morphine) that is given through an IV.
Hope this helps :)
