I need to code this surgery and could use a little help; Pt had a total abd hysterectomy, omentectomy, appendectomy, and lymph node dissection. From what I've researched, I see that the appy can't be billed separately b/c it was incidental, and it looks like the omentectomy is included also. Have any suggestions? This is too much to bundle into 58150 alone. If it's all bundled, what about a 22 mod? - thanks

I found the code I was looking for - the pathology report came back confirming ovarian Ca, so I used 58951.
