Does anyone have any ideas on the code for this one? I have searched everywhere and Doc insists there's a code.
 
I think I would go with 838.x9. Talo-tarsal joint typically refers to the talocalcaneonavicular joint. My first reaction was to use 838.x1 but, since the joint is specified but not classified by the available 5th digit, I think 838.x9 is more appropriate.
