Hello Everyone,

I work for a company that provides neuromonitoring services for brain and spine. Lately, we've been seeing this new procedure (TaMEPs) and we have no idea what CPT is the closet or if there is a CPT for this procedure. This is what we are seeing on our reports: "Recording Sites:Adductor, AHB/ADM, Anterior Tibialis, Gastrocnemius, Iliopsoas, Vastus Lateralis. Results: TaMEPs were setup prior to incision with stimulation electrodes placed with x-ray guidance and facilitated by surgeon/surgical staff. Location ofstimulation electrodes were determined with surgeon following review of pre-operative MRI. Baseline responses were obtained in bilateral Adductor Longus,Iliopsoas, Vastus Lateralis, Tibialis Anterior, Gastrocnemius, and Abductor Hallucis. TaMEPs replicated reliably at baseline. TaMEP stimulation wasadministered intermittently throughout the lateral procedure at surgeon discretion. No changes were noted during the procedure in bilateral lower extremities. No changes through lateral closing. TCeMEP were omitted during the lateral portion of the case. Surgeon was informed and acknowledged"

I need help! Any help is appreciated.
