I work for an OBGYN surgeon, she is just beginning to do TAP blocks herself during surgeries and wants to bill for them obviously. We outsource our billing and the company has told us they cannot code for the TAP Block due to an NCCI Edit. Does anyone know how to code this or what the edit says that prevents this because she has friends who are doing them and billing for them.
I tried to Google the CCI Edits but am not sure how to find the specific thing I am looking for. Any help is appreciated.
