I have a anesthesiologist that performed a TAP block as pain management for abdominal pain in an ASU setting.
I am receiving an OCE edit of only incidental services reported. There was no other procedure preformed at the time of the TAP block.
The patient only came in for this procedure. Has anyone else encountered this and what did you do to correct it?
