I have a case where the previously inserted TAVR has failed, however the old TAVR is not removed but a new TAVR is placed as a valve in valve. Would you code this as 33361 again or would it be an unlisted code?

We code 33361 again.

We do the same thing- valve in valve is the same CPT 33361-same procedure just doing it in an existing valve.
