Hello, I would like to know if the TAVRs procedures are paid for the assistant surgeons using modifier 80 or AS (PA)

EXAMPLE: 33361.62.Q0 MAIN SURGEON

33361.AS.Q0 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

MEDICARE KEEPS TELLING ME MODIFIERS ARE INCORRECTLY.

This is what I found for assistant surgeon on TAVR codes. I bill for this procedure for both cardiac and cardiology with the 62 modifier. I have never billed an assist.
