Wiki Taxonomy and CPT/HCPCS crosswalk?

Hello!

I need to know how and where do I go to know whether a taxonomy and a CPT/HCPCS code can be billed together? I have 261QM0801X (community mental health) and H0031 (mental health assessment) and ProviderOne tells me that these do not accurately describe the services rendered. How? How is this possible? Is there a website or crosswalk somewhere that you can look up a code and see which taxonomies it's compatible with? '
