What do we bill for a tb screening, a series of questions done normally by the nurse and once no tb exposure or risk factor is identified the pt is clear, normally a form is completed and signed.
Can we bill a 99211?/:confused:
 
Usually what we do is if it was a tb only - you can bill nurse visit w/ 86580 & no charge for pt to come back for reading
