Can anybody help me on the below and advice whether my understanding is correct.

1.All the Radiology or Pathology CPTs have TC, PC or both.

However all the CPTs pertaining to Radiology and Pathology are not available in MPFDB (Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Database). I am unsure that the TC or PC concept is not applicable for the remaining CPTs (ex...86860) .

Even if the concept does not apply that could have been marked as "9" in the PC/TC column.

I would appreciate if anybody can help me to understand this PC/TC concept....
