Hello all, I am unfamiliar with technical component coding.

We have adopted a new provider that is the Owner of a fluoroscopy machine and performing the technical component for procedures like fluoro guidance for back injections and similar procedures...

My question is, should I charge for the units they have written down (per positioning)
Or should I follow what the Max Frequency Per Day List tells me?
For example: 77003 says 1 on the max frequency list... but they have usually have 2 here, sometimes 10! Can't find much advise out there for this.

Please help! I have a ton to get billed out and I don't want to do this incorrectly.:eek:
