Does anyone have any input on this???

Pt was seen for a TCM. After the 30 day waiting, I billed this out only to find that the TCM is falling on the same date as an office visit. Can this be billed together? I checked the CCI edits and there are none. Any input would be helpful.

Since the date of service for the TCM is last day of the TCM period and the included visit must have taken place in either 7 or 14 days, this should not create a conflict.
