When coding Team Conferences, CPT 99366, 99367 & 99368, with providers from 2-3 different entities, how do you bill the place of service for your particular provider? In particular, I have a APRN that was in on a team conference. There was no direct involvement with the patient other than being observed, and the location was a facitlity that my Provider is not credentialed with. The code being reported is 99368. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
