Good morning. The AMA issued a sizeable technical correction for the new telehealth codes on March 14. https://www.ama-assn.org/system/files/2025-cpt-corrections-errata.pdf.

It's about 20 pages and there appear to be three main types of corrections:

Places where the full range of codes was added.
Places where the new codes were deleted.
Instructions that state whether you can or cannot report the codes with other services.
