Wiki Technical & Professional with same tax id

Our office is opening a second location. We have a laboratory in our main office. We have been told that our physicians reading pathology will need to bill for the technical component and our new location and we would need to bill another claim with the professional component at our location that is processing the tissue due to the CLIA numbers being different.

Our concern is we would be billing a technical and professional component under the same provider and tax ID on separate claims.

This doesn't seem like something that insurance would process correctly but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this issue.
