Hello, for remote interrorgations done by a technician that is working at our organization, we are billing the professional and technical component, example 93298 linq remote interrorgation reviewed and report by physician or other qualified healthcare professional, and CPT 93299 ; technical support and distribution of results.

The documentation is a note done by the technician, we are not sure if the provider needs to sign these notes as well? The code for the professional component states 'other qualified healthcare professional', does a technician qualifiy for this role?
