Procedure Description:

"The patient was placed on his left lateral decubitus position and after numbing the throat with hurricaine spray and lidocaine gel, gargle and swallow and gag reflex was inhibited. After obtaining adequate sedation, we placed the mouthpiece to protect his teeth and gum, and then I introduced the transesophageal echocardiogram probe from the patient's mouth to all the way down to his stomach and we took different images from different planes using 2-D echocardiogram, M-mode, color Doppler, and Doppler wave exam. Total time spent during the procedure about 15 minutes. The patient during the procedure was monitored (hbp, heart rate, rhythm, O2 saturation). After finishing the procedure the probe was removed from the patient's esophagus. No sequelae. Transferred to post-op."

Now, can this be coded with 93312 +93320 +93325? Or does 93312 encompass the entirety of this? New to cardiology so any help is appreciated. Thank you!
