is there a prolong visit code for tele visit 99213 (zoom)

Not the I know of...., prolonged would have to use time initially and can only be used past the highest level 99205/99215.

Correct - you cannot have 99213 AND prolonged. Prolonged only applies once you are using the highest level. You would simply bill based on the time, which may or may not lead you to 99213.
