Can we bill a New Patient Visit, 99201 - 99205, for a patient that has previously had a telephone visit, CPT 99442, by the same physician or physician specialty?

CPT 99442 is only for established patient as far as I know. So new patient visit codes would not applied to the following visit. Hope this makes sense.
