Auditing telehealth services (Video and Audio and Audio only services)
Little confused, I've researched and I want to confirm. HELP

During the PHE
Video and Audio codes 99421-99423, these services we are able to code 99201-99215 by either MDM or total time. (cumulative time documented) - with modifier 95 and place of service 11

Audio codes (telephone only) 99441-99443 by total time (cumulative time documented). Medicaid and Medicaid MCO's they want E/M services to be billed 99201-99215

CMS put out a notice that place of service should be wherever the visit would have taken place if we weren't in a PHE, some insurance carriers are still requiring POS 11 though.
I think there's an article specific to that information but you can find it in this PDF on page 60 under question number 5.
