If we have a patient in school out of state are we able to do telehealth visits?
 
This is a legal question and should be addressed accordingly, but most states require a physician practicing medicine in their state to be licensed in their state. If the physician is not licensed for where the patient presently is located, I would not suggest providing services. You have to know the laws of the state where the patient is located.
