Hi, all my practice is trying to get clarifications on the new telehealth guidelines. For instance, when the PT comes into office to get vitals done but the Dr. who the visit is with is not and does the visit via synchronous audio-video, should this be billed as in-person office or as a telemed visit? Also, my office wants to know what is inclusive in the E&M visit and what is billable separately? ( ie vitals, injections, venous punctures, EKG.)
