Hello:

If a physician is billing Medicare 99441 should the pos be 02 along with -95?
 
99441, 99442, 99443 POS 11 , no modifier needed.
99213-99215 POS 02 , modifier 95
some payer want POS 11, modifier 95 for 99213-99215 though.
