I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. This is my first time posting. I have had billing send a claim back twice and I need to know how to code this correctly. Pt came in their regular clinic but the dr was offsite at another clinic. Pt had normal workup by nurse. Got vitals and was asked the usual questions. Does this qualify as telehealth if the pt was at the clinic? FQHC facility and primary ins is BCBS and secondary is Medicaid if that matters. Thank you!
