Hi,

My supervisor is wondering if a telehealth service is rendered where the PA performs the history or present illness, review of systems, overall history and exam and the MD performs the MDM portion, who would be the billing provider in this scenario?

Would anyone happen to know if it is appropriate to bill a shared visit given that it is a telehealth service? please help.
