Here is the scenario where in wanted your inputs for billing Venipuncture code.
Patient is seen for Telehealth visit today and doctor orders labs. Telehealth gets billed for that day and patient goes to clinic next day to give the blood. Assistant pricks and gets the sample for testing. So can we bill for Venipuncture (36415) alone for that day, if yes who should be signing the document?
