Wiki Telehealth visit

i have been billed telehealth visit with CPT 99203 POS 02 and modifier GT. BCBS has been denying the claim stating that it need to be Telemedinice . i am not sure what i need to do to indicate that this is telemedinice . Has any ones claim got paid for healthcare from BCBS ?

I show BCBS requires POS 02 and modifier -95, not -GT.
They have also stated there are some self insured plans that may have opted out of telehealth coverage.
Due to our billing systems being worked on to accept these POS & modifiers, our claims have not yet been billed, so no clearly no payment yet.
