I'm having such a hard time finding answers on telehealth requirements.

May be a silly question but it there a code that can be used for chart review? Our providers sometimes spend 20 minutes reviewing records prior to the patient's appointment.

The 20 minutes of chart review would be included in the E/M level for the office visit on that same day.

Also I just closed out accounts with Z02.9 for a chart review with zero patient charge if the provider was just in a chart to review notes.. Not billable to patient.
