Hi,

Just a quick question about telehealth coding. Could you please confirm how telehealth encounters should be coded? It’s the first one I’ve come across in our home health setting. This one was a 15-minute encounter.

Depends on the payer. Different payers want it done differently. Best bet is to pull up the payer policy to see what they require, because it varies.
