Hello, we are a pain management office & would like to know which codes to use for Telehealth. I took the webinar on the telehealth & it didn't clarify anything. We use both audio/visual for our visits. Would you use 99211-99215 or would you use 98004-98007? I know Medicare is not paying for these any longer, but I am trying to find out which commercial payers still pay for telehealth visit & need to know which set of codes to use.

There are many posts about this in the forum. Summary: each commercial payer decides if they will cover telehealth, and which set of codes/POS/modifiers they want. Many have previously stated they are following Medicare guidelines, but they can set whatever rules they wish. You should check your payor contracts and/or policies.
