Our Family Practice Clinic is doing telemed visits. We have had a few patient come in after their appointment for an In House Lab. The Telemed has the location as 02. The Lab has the office location 11. How should these be billed?

We could bill OV with POS 02 , modifier 95.
Then, bill separate claim with lab Code POS 11. As long as documentation supported, that would be fine.
 
Our system doesn't split the claim based on location on it's own. I'll mannually split and submit the 2 claims.Thank you for taking the time to answer. I really appreciate it.
