Do we consider Telemed visit as a initial note since it's a non face to face one and if yes, shall we code the subsequent visit as a follow up note?

Go to the June Healthcare Business Monthly, page 30. Many of the restrictions have been lifted. You should look be able to read that and the note you have to figure out how to bill it with the restrictions lifted.
