Good morning,

We have several different facilities in different states. How would you code out a visit where a patient comes into the facility and is worked up by an MA, then put into a room where the rest of the visit is done via video with a provider out of State. The providers are credentialed and licensed to practice in all of our states. Thank you in advance.
